Mrs Hodge is our 'front of house'. Not only is she our school secretary but also our business manager, dealing with both finance and human resources. She worked in private industry for many years as a business manager before moving to Norfolk. Mrs Hodge started at Filby as a Midday Supervisor and extended her hours and role once her two boys left the school!
