Fundraising at Filby Primary School
About us
The fundraising group meet once a term, in the local pub for tea and biscuits, to plan fundraising events for the school.
We are a friendly group and are always keen to welcome new faces - there are plenty of ways to get involved - in fact the more the merrier!
We warmly invite you to our next meeting on Tuesday 19 November at 7.30pm at The Kings Head, Filby.
Upcoming Events:
Parents’ Coffee Morning and second hand uniform sale - Wednesday 6th November
Please join us for coffee, cake and a chat in the school hall 9-10 am. Second hand uniform will also be on sale, with prices from as little as 20p!
Non-uniform day – Friday 29th November
Children are invited to come to school in non-uniform in exchange for donations of non-perishable food and drink items for the Christmas hamper raffles.
Christmas Bake sale – Friday 29th November (time TBC)
Help get us into the Christmas spirit and visit our bake sale (and a few Christmas extras) in the school hall. Anyone wishing to donate cakes (home-made or shop bought – we really don’t mind it’s cake after all!) can be left in school at drop off time.
Christmas Nativity Performances and Carol Service
We will be running a raffle at each performance to raise money for the school and will be providing refreshments.
