Mr Share graduated with honours from Warwick University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Science. He is a CIMA qualified chartered management accountant, recognised by the institute as placing second worldwide in Financial Accounting. Within industry he has held senior management and Board positions for 12 years as Finance Director and Managing Director.

He became a Parent Governor at Filby Primary School in 2020 and was appointed Chair of Governors in 2021. As well as leading the local governing body and liaising with Evolution Academy Trust, he has specific responsibilities for Pupil Premium and Safeguarding.  Mr Share enjoys spending time with his family and has two children attending Filby Primary School. He is also a keen football fan and supporter of Tottenham Hotspur.
